With stops in Córdoba and Ronda as well as whitewashed Andalucían villages, this tour will show you all the highlights and all the hidden gems of the South, as well as the bustling cities of Barcelona and Madrid.

Day 1 (Arrival Day)


After settling into your hotel, you’ll have the afternoon to relax and take in the wonders of this authentic Spanish capital, with its boulevards covered in trees and fountains lined with impressive buildings. That evening, tour the city’s up-and-coming food scene through the eyes of a local, learning about Spanish cuisine and sampling some of Madrid’s most famous foodie delights, like cured Iberian meats and savory cheeses paired with full-bodied red wines.

Day 2


Spend your day with an expert guide visiting Madrid’s most beautiful spots including the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta de Alcalá and the fountain and square of Cibeles. Then, you’ll visit one of the world’s most famous art museums, the Prado, known for its Goya, Velázquez and El Greco masterpieces.

Day 3

Madrid, Sevilla

After taking the high speed train from Madrid to Sevilla, a driver will take to your luxury hotel for some leisure time. After a brief rest, it’s time to experience one of the most important parts of the Sevillano culture — eating! You’ll embark on a tapas dinner tour of Seville with your local guide, where you’ll savor treats like the city’s famous solomillo al whiskey tapa, succulent pork marinated in whiskey with steaming hot potatoes.

Day 4


Today you’ll explore the hidden corners and charming squares of Sevilla. Your expert  local guide will show you the Cathedral, home to the tomb of Christopher Columbus, the Giralda tower, the Alcazar Palace and its majestic gardens complete with trickling fountains and blooming orange blossoms and the hidden Santa Cruz quarter, discovering local haunts along the way.

Then, experience living history with a tour to an olive oil grove and traditional Hacienda where you’ll wander through over 150 varieties of olive trees that date back three generations.The Hacienda Gúzman is the oldest olive oil farm in Spain, and your visit includes a lesson on how the hand-picked olives are turned into their signature, organic olive oil. Of course, you’ll get to perform a taste test too!

Day 5

Sevilla, Jerez, Ronda

Head south to visit the sherry capital of the world, Jerez de la Frontera. Your first stop will be the

Royal Equestrian School where you can wander the grounds and stables behind the scenes and check out the Museo de Enganche, the carriage museum, before taking in a spectacular horse show.

Who’s ready for a drink? Normally closed to the public, you’ll get to special access to a sherry winery, learning all about how sherry is made, including sampling the fortified wine and pairing it with tapas.

After a hearty lunch at a tabanco, your driver will take you to Ronda, known for its magnificent natural gorge. You’ll start off by seeing the bullring, the old Arab baths and the town’s most famous palace, La casa del Rey Moro.

Day 6

Ronda, Antequera, Granada

Wave goodbye to Ronda as you walk one of the world’s steepest walkways, the Caminito del Rey, suspended on the side of a gorge 330 feet above a river.

You’ll continue your day of adventure with a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site the Dolmens of Antequera, unique stone monuments unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. After a brief stop in the village of Antequera for lunch, the journey will continue on to Granada.

Day 7


Your morning will begin with a captivating tour of the Alhambra, a mystical fortress and palace that many called the eighth wonder of the world. With countless rooms and the charming Generalife gardens filled with lush, colorful flowers and serene fountains, this fortress perched on a mountaintop makes for an unforgettable visit.

Later that afternoon, compare the old city to the modern one with a city and street art tour. You’ll start with the old Realejo Jewish neighbourhood lined with tapas bars, charming buildings and narrow streets, the hilly Albaicín ancient Moorish quarter and the new city down below.

Day 8

Granada, Córdoba, Barcelona

You’ll leave Granada for Córdoba, another jewel of Andalusia where you’ll tour one of the most important example of architecture in the Western Islamic world, the mesquita, or mosque, known for its red-and-white towering arches. Just a few miles outside of the city, you’ll visit Madinat al-Zahra, a Muslim medieval palace and ancient city that sit majestically on a hillside.Afterwards, you’ll board the high-speed train north to Barcelona.

Day 9


An expert guide will lead you through the world-famous Sagrada Familia, a striking display of creative art and design that will soon be the tallest church structure in the world once finished in 2026. The same architect, Antoni Gaudí, designed the Parc Güell, where trees and flowers sit next quirky tiled lizards and gingerbread houses, all overlooking the backdrop of Barcelona and beyond.

You’ll be tempted to shop along the sophisticated Passeig de Gracia, a street lined with high-end shops and beautiful buildings. Here, you’ll be introduced to Gaudí’s famous houses, the Casa Milà and the Casa Batlló. The medieval churches in the Gothic area, the funky boutiques and artisan galleries in the Born section and the winding, twisted streets of El Raval are all captivating examples of Barcelona’s eclectic neighborhoods and architecture. You’ll even see the forgotten ruins of El Call, the old Jewish quarter.

Your final afternoon will be free — get lost in one of Barcelona’s many distinctive neighborhoods, head to the beach or one of the many museums the city has to offer.
